Our Fantastic Staff
Actually we shouldn't refer to them as staff - they are so much more than that. They are friends that share our passion for people and life.
When we were making plans to open our store, we decided that we didn't want to hire sales people - we wanted to hire personality.
So we did things a little differently when we began to hire people to help us grow our business - we looked for personal qualities like honesty, integrity and passion above everything else. Jewelry experience was not a requirement - a passion for people and life was. We figured that we could teach someone about jewelry, but we couldn't teach someone to be a kind and happy person.
We're blessed to be surrounded by these great people every day and we're pretty sure that you'll see the same fantastic qualities in them that we do.
