Our Fantastic Staff

Actually we shouldn't refer to them as staff - they are so much more than that. They are friends that share our passion for people and life.

When we were making plans to open our store, we decided that we didn't want to hire sales people - we wanted to hire people for who they - we wanted to hire honest, friendly, compassionate people that would reflect the things we think are important in business and in life.

Jewelry experience was not a requirement - a passion for people and life was. We figured that we could teach someone about jewelry, but we couldn't teach someone to be a kind and happy person.

After almost 6 years we can say that we were absolutely right. Out staff is simply the best. They have become jewelry experts and continue to learn in the store and through formal classroom training. Our employee handbook contains one sentance... "Always do the right thing". We follow the handbook to the letter.

We're blessed to be surrounded by these great people every day and we're pretty sure that you'll see the same fantastic qualities in them that we do.
