I just want you and your staff to know how much I love my redesign on my 20 year old wedding ring.... Its so up to date...and makes me feel special that you worked within our budget plus it's a one of a kind piece.
I was so excited that my hubby bought the necklace for Valentines Day.....I have been eyeing it for months and of course its another one of a kind piece you designed. Karen designed a pendant for my wife. It was made from my father-in-law's diamond ring. My wife has taken the pendant to her heart. Karen called it "Calm" and it's on this website. It was a blessing for my wife during a very difficult time.
I have visited the shop many times since that date. I have purchased many unique and lovely gifts for many members of my family.

I met Karen during Swedish Days years ago when she first began selling her jewelry. Everything caught my attention---the originality, quality and Karen's spirit. Since then Karen has designed special gifts for me and as presents. When I come into her store it's like saying hello to a long-time friend and her staff is always welcoming. I've watched her staff with other customers and am amazed at the detail to personal attention without being over-bearing. Whether customers are looking around or have an idea Karen is there to assist and listen. I enjoy wearing one of a kind pieces of jewelry and get tons of compliments. I've lived in Batavia my whole life - I knew one day, actually hoped, that we would get a true jewelry store. One that you could walk in and feel welcome and greeted with a smile.
The first time I walked in that is exactly how I felt. You are truly a gifted designer and your talents show just by entering the door. For all your sophistication and class, you remain a real down to earth lady. Thank you for choosing Batavia to open your gorgeous boutique. Yours is not a store rather a home away from home where everyone is treated like family.
My one of a kind design is something I plan to enjoy for years and look forward to passing on to my daughter.

I never thought when Carl and I first walked into the store that it would turn into a long-time friendship. This has been the most fun I've ever had in a jewelry store! I was worried in the beginning that you might have a hard time making it in this location since everything else in the location had closed, but with your personality and good taste you're really going to make it. We wish you continued success both personally and financially. Hope you found lots of good rocks.

Hi Karen,
I met you a few days ago when I came into your store to drop my husband's ring off to be refurbished (as an anniversary surprise)... You also cleaned my wedding rings, and one diamond fell out of my band (I'm sure you remember me now, right?).
Well, I picked up my rings today and just missed you by about 10 minutes- but I wanted to let you know that it all turned out just fine. Got to meet John Carpenter, who came out to apologize for not having my rings done by 2pm. He explained that my wedding band needed more work that he originally thought. I guess the last guy who sized my ring "did a half-@&$ job" and all the stones were loose! John fixed it though--much to my relief. I told him why I was in the store--that I was surprising my hubby by restoring his ring to its near-original state, and he looked at my rings and said, "Well then let me take your rings and clean them so they are as shiny as your husband's!" Within minutes, my rings were returned--looking beautiful and sparkly! It was as if you and your stafff were giving me an anniversary gift! :)
Anyhow, my husband was so happy to see his ring looking like new again and put it on immediately.
Thought you'd like to hear that... but mostly, I wrote to let you know that I had a wonderful experience in your store and look forward to visiting again. Please tell John how happy we are with his work. Too often, we hear about the bad things, and most people don't take the time to compliment others...
