Murphy's Celebration of Life

Join us to celebrate our most loved greeter, Murphy. In honor of Murphy we will be holding a fundraiser for Anderson Humane Animal Shelter. We will be accepting money donations as well as toys, blankets, towels, and cat or dog food. 

During the event | 6 PM - 7 PM

🐾 Dexter "The Healing Paws Dog" : A 3-year old dog rescued by Anderson Humane's partner Happy Paws recently certified as a Healing Paws therapy dog. He has been an ambassador for Anderson Humane for the past three and a half years. He has visited schools, businesses, libraries and will soon be adding more locations in his new role.  He's gentle, loving and loyal, everything you could want in your best friend!

🦡 Isabelle the Opossum : Isabelle and her siblings were discovered in a window well, too young to fend for themselves. The litter was recovered and provided the care they needed to grow strong. While her siblings were eventually released back into the wild, Isabelle developed a metabolic bone disease that would prevent her from thriving in her natural habitat. Despite this, Isabelle found a new purpose as an ambassador for our Wildlife Team.

🐕‍🦺🦮 Two Adoptable Dogs : Anderson Humane's mission is to improve the lives of people through programs that create mutually beneficial human-animal connections, inspiring kindness and respect throughout our community. Help them fulfill their mission by showing these dogs some love or even their forever home.
