Bringing In Multiple Watches?

For multiple battery replacements or during especially busy times, your watches may need to stay with us for a few days.

We’ll provide a time estimate when you drop them off and keep you informed throughout the process.

Specialty Watches

Some specialty watches, including certain waterproof or luxury timepieces, may require off-site service.

If that’s the case, we’ll walk you through your options and handle the process for you from start to finish.

Additional Watch Service

For watch repairs beyond battery replacements and basic band adjustments, we also work with trusted repair partners in Chicago.
