Yes, we do change watch batteries. We accept walk-ins, and your battery will be changed on-site. The time of service varies based on how busy we are when you come in. Our experienced team will get your watch ticking again, often within the same visit. Can you resize rings? Yes, we offer professional ring resizing for most styles, including engagement rings and wedding bands. If you are unsure whether or not your ring can be resized, bring it in and our incredible on-site jewelers will provide their expert opinion. We repair most types of fine jewelry, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and watches. Our services cover gold, platinum, silver, and select fashion pieces. If you’re unsure whether your item can be repaired, bring it in—we’ll take a look and provide expert advice. Do you repair watches? We offer battery replacements, band sizing, and basic repairs for watches. While we don’t service mechanical movements, we’re happy to evaluate your watch and advise you on the best next steps. We are able to send watches off site for most other repairs with the additional charge of shipping. Can you replace missing stones? Absolutely. Whether it’s a diamond, gemstone, or accent stone, we can replace missing stones in most settings. We’ll match the stone’s size and quality for a seamless repair. Do you buy gold, diamonds, gemstones, or estate jewelry? We do! Bring in your gold, diamonds, gemstones, or estate jewelry for an in-person evaluation. The length of time it will take for our jewelers to evaluate your jewelry will vary based on how busy we are and the amount of jewelry you bring in. If your item meets our criteria, we’ll make a fair offer on the spot. Trade in for cash or store credit—your choice! How do I care for my fine jewelry to avoid needing services or repairs? Wear Avoid wearing fine jewelry when performing manual labor tasks, such as yard work or labor that would stress your jewelry.Household chores, like doing the dishes, are potentially harmful to your engagement ring in that film can accumulate and distort the color or reduce the shimmer of your diamond, gold, or platinum. Removing your engagement ring before participating in sporting activities is always a good idea. Try not to wear your platinum, gold, or diamond ring in swimming pools. Bring your wedding, engagement, and/or anniversary bands to us, and we'll be happy to inspect them and let you know if any potential issues need attention. We'll check the prongs to ensure that your stones are secure, inspect the ring for scratches, and recommend solutions to any immediate or potential problems.
